3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the to the AAS Secretariat (aasinasia2023@planbgroup.org) using the cancellation form. All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons. A processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
